Dr. Amanda Star
Amanda is a chiropractor who completed her degree in Toronto, Canada. She has had extensive education in anatomy and biomechanics, and is not your 'typical chiropractor' -- though she is extremely proficient at adjustments, she believes they are a tool to be used as an adjunct to treatment, and only when medically necessary. Dr. Natasha Snegova
Natasha is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher who incorporates a variety of movement practices and therapy techniques to rehabilitation. As a classically trained ballet dancer, she was passionate about movement from a young age. She has experience with musculoskeletal injuries, orthopedic surgeries, a variety of chronic pain and neurological conditions, pre and postpartum mothers, athletes, performing artists, and is currently working towards her pelvic floor therapy specialty. Natasha has a BA in Sociology from USC and completed her doctoral level education at California State University, Northridge.
Certifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy,Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, Level 1 Blood Flow Restriction, variety of movement and manual therapy based techniques.

Dr. Tommy Wolfe
Tommy earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Southern California. Before becoming a physical therapist, Tommy alternated between his two passions: athletics and art. After graduating from Trinity College, where he played for the 4x national championship squash team, he competed as a professional squash player and coached at various clubs on the east coast. As the physical cost of playing a high level sport added up, Tommy took a hiatus from squash to make sculpture and furniture in Brooklyn, New York, ultimately returning to squash years later.
As a physical therapist, Tommy combines his creative and athletic expertise. As a former coach of both juniors and adults, Tommy is meticulous about technique and form while maintaining a light and lively environment.
Outside of the clinic Tommy enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and dog-ter, Gibson. He loves to surf, continues to play squash and tennis, and makes too many dad jokes.

Brian May is a dedicated and passionate personal trainer and massage therapist with over seven years of experience in the wellness space. His journey began as a personal trainer, but his desire to positively impact people's lives led him to discover the transformative power of touch and restorative therapies. Now, Brian combines his deep understanding of anatomy with a highly intuitive sense of touch to provide gentle, yet firm massages that leave his clients feeling rejuvenated and restored.
Brian firmly believes in the benefits of working deep into the fascia with both stretch and massage therapy. He knows that the world needs touch and rest now more than ever, and he feels privileged to have the power to provide that through his skilled hands. Brian's enthusiasm for promoting health and well-being shines through in every treatment he delivers.
Ruzanna Seelig, Massage Therapist
Originally from Kazakhstan, I moved to the United States in 2008. I have spent my life studying and performing movement, as I grew up as a ballet dancer and earned my BA as a professional ballet teacher in Kazakhstan before going to school for massage therapy in the United States.
My sessions are intentional. I use specificity of touch, addressing the required muscle groups to achieve the best results, along with a variety of massage modalities tailored to the individual needs of each client.
Credentials: Advanced neuromuscular massage therapy and medical massage clinical training (Associate of Science, National Holistic Institute); Certification in sports massage through AMTA; Certification in Manual Lymph Drainage (Vodder Technique); Complete Decongestive Therapy with the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy.
Tracy Rosenberg, Pilates Instructor
Tracy's journey of injury and healing led her to discover the transformative power of Pilates, fueling her passion for the practice and her commitment to helping others. Her natural ability to create a supportive and empathetic environment allows for healing and growth at any fitness level.
Tracy describes herself as a lifelong learner, and is well-positioned to work with fitness-oriented people. She also works with clients in the 'grey area' who are recovering from injury and will benefit from high level care and attention with private Pilates.

Cole Shannon, Personal Trainer
Cole takes a holistic approach with his clients- focusing on injury prevention, functional movement competency, and strength building. After playing football at Birmingham-Southern College and years of competitive weight lifting, he understands what it takes to come back from injury and rebuild a strong, functional body. Cole defines his training style as simple, challenging, and efficient. His main focus revolves around strength and resistance training while teaching core movement patterns.
