FAQs
Do you accept my insurance?
We do not do any direct billing to insurance.
We can provide you with an itemized receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
We focus on providing the highest standard of service and want to address your issues holistically. Unfortunately, insurance companies prioritize quantity (number of patients) over quality (time spent with patients).
We decided not to water down our care. We have a unique approach. Our therapists spend their time and attention on your issues, and you get better faster as a result.
Do you accept Medicare?
We do not work with Medicare patients. We can offer wellness based services that address your issues.
Can I know my expenses in advance?
We have no hidden fees. All our pricing is clearly outlined on our website. You can ask your insurance company what your ‘out of network’ benefits are for physical therapy and/or chiropractic services to get an idea of your coverage.
